We start this week as always with Andrew's latest thoughts on the markets in the Dewing Grain market report for week commencing 11th November 2019.

In Farmchat Andrew meets up with Ali Cargill who farms 1,000 acres at Knapton and Gimmingham, as well as contact framing. Ali talks about the technological innovation that have helped his potato farming by keeping costs down, as well as having environmental benefits, the importance of knowing the cost of production and, just as Webby joins us thinking it's beer time, the conversation moves to Brexit and the possible implications of the forthcoming election.

The beer this is F*cking Hell 4.9%, named after the fine-sound village of F*cking in Germany (Hell, apparently, means pale).

Merchant listeners: Don't forget to make your reservation for the Norfolk Dinner on 16th January. Contact emma@dewinggrain.co.uk to book tickets.
